Our Services consist of an advertising and monetization platform that enables publishers and developers (the “Publisher”) to optimize ad delivery and revenue through our mediation technology, ad network, and SDKs integrated into applications, chatbots, and AI-based tools. The SDK allows publishers to connect to multiple ad networks, run auctions, and deliver contextual or targeted ads, including “sponsored answers” or other ad formats displayed within conversational or utility-based environments. For the purposes of data protection and privacy laws, Velocity acts as a data controller in relation to the personal information collected and processed through the Services. Publishers integrating our SDKs or APIs act as controllers for their own data processing activities. For the avoidance of doubt, the advertising partners are third-party controllers, and this Privacy Policy does not apply to such advertising partners. Please review the Publishers' and advertiser partners' privacy policies for more information.
This Privacy Policy can be updated from time to time; therefore, we ask you to check back periodically for the latest version of this Privacy Policy. If we implement material changes in the way we use your personal information, in a manner that is different from that stated at the time of collection, we will notify you by posting a notice on our Website or by other means and take any additional steps as required by applicable law.
